How not to launch a Boat

taken in Seaside park NJ outside my grandpa's house. This guy has no idea what he is doing. I would like to add for all of you saying he did the best he could with what he had, there is a free launch a mile south and a $7 launch a mile north of his location. Both actual concrete ramps.
