Chitrakoot is the place where
Chitrakoot is the place where Bharat - brother of Lord Rama visited him and requested him to come back to Ayodhya and rule the kingdom.
Chitrakoot is about 230 km away from Lucknow and 295 km away from Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, 260 km from Varanasi.
Chitrakoot falls under both UP & MP.

Below are the activities we did on this day.
Arogya Dham - Before breakfast, I wanted to explore the complex of Arogya dham, I was surprised to see such a huge complex spread across 43 acres. It is basically a health & wellness center, providing ayurvedic treatment to the patients, there is also a place to stay for patients & for the tourists.
We paid Rs 5500 with taxes for double occupancy.
Kamadgiri Temple - Holy temple of Lord Kamtanath, people does the parikrama around the Holy mountain Kamadgiri which is about 5 to 6 km.
Hanuman Dhara - Located at a Hilltop, We took the ropeway to reach the temple - Rs 145 per person, in this temple you will get the darshan of the stream flowing above the idol of lord hanuman, that stream is of saraswati river.
