Hey folks... Its Chaat time!!! Sharing with you the recipe of all time favorite DAHI POORI, which I have explained in easy steps...


Ingredients:

- Poori
- Mashed Potatoes
- Green chutney, Sweet chutney, Imli chutey
- Curd 1 cup
- Black Salt, Cumin(Jeera) Powder, Chaat Masala [As per Taste]
- Sugar 1 tsp.
- Nylon Sev /Zero Number Sev)  
- Coriander, Red chili powder [For Garnishing]


Fun Facts about Chaat...

Chaat finds its origin in South-east regions of Asia which comprise of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal.

It is believed that Chaat was first prepared in the Kitchen of Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan, when he fell ill and Hakim asked him to consume some spices but to keep the food light.

Good News for Chaat Lovers.. Chaat if prepared properly, can be included in weight-loss diet.
