Cavernous malformations are vascular tangles that cause loss of strength due to bleeding, loss of sensation or epileptic seizures. They settle in sensitive areas in the brain or spinal cord and cause serious problems. Their treatments contain unique features and challenges. It is very unusual to have experience of a disease in depth.
