**Help with the immune system, inflammation, antiviral, COPD
1. Sleep-lack of sleep increases oxidation and depletes glutathione. 7-9 hour of sleep.
2. Healthy diet-Mediterranean Diet (Fruit, nuts, seeds, fish, vegetables and health oils)
