Starting the Hero's Journey- My Story and a New Beginning

Hi, I'm Thomas.  I spent most of my life with anxiety, never taking chances or taking good care of myself, for that matter.  Well that ends now.  I've spent decades studying self improvement, psychology, and the world we live in.  I'm breaking through and starting a new life.  Take the journey with me.


This video is a spontaneous, off the cuff take on where my starting point is.  I hit the bottom in 2019, so this first video is an assessment of where I am as I take the first step in my journey and begin my training to go from zero to hero.
