Finely chop the potatoes
Salt - 1 tsp
Cook until done
Minced meat - 700 g
Eggs - 2 pcs
Onion - 1 pc.
Salt - 1 tsp
Mash the potatoes
Pepper - to taste
Oregano - 1 tsp
vegetable fat
Onion - 1 pc.
Fry for 3 minutes
Peppers - 1 piece
Carrot - 1 piece
Fry for 5 minutes on medium heat
Tomato puree - 400 ml
Simmer for 5 minutes
Salt - 1 tsp
black pepper - to taste
Cheese -200g
Bake chops for 35 minutes
Sprinkle with cheese, bake for another 15 minutes
