TRY THIS QUICK 5 STEP NAN-KHATAI RECIPE AT HOME. I AM SURE YOU WILL DEFINITELY LOVE THIS RECIPE DO TRY IT AND COMMENT BELOW

- GHEE - 1/2 CUP
- POWDERED SUGAR - 1/2 CUP
- BAKING SODA - 1/4 TSP - MAIDA - 1/2 CUP - WHEAT FLOUR - 1/2 CUP
- CARDAMOM POWDER - 1/4 TSP.

METHOD - TAKE A BOWL ADD GHEE AND SUGAR AND BEAT THEN USING A WHISK UNTIL SMOOTH AND SOFT.
- NOW SEIVE THE MAIDA, WHEAT FLOUR, CARDAMOM POWDER AND BAKING SODA . - MIX WELL AND MAKE A DOUGH USING A HAND. - NOTE:- ( IF A DOUGH LOOKS VERY GREASY THEN ADD 1 TBSP MAIDA OR WHEAT FLOUR)
- DIVIDE THE DOUGH INTO 6-7 PORTION AND GIVE A COOKIE SHAPE , ADD SOME CHOPPED ALMOND, PRESS IT SO IT CAN STICK TO IT.
- PREHEAT THE OVEN @180 °C AND BAKE THE NAN-KHATAI FOR 15 MINUTES.
- SERVE THE NAN-KHATAI OR STORE IT IN A AIR- TIGHT CONTAINER.
