4 eggplants (600g), salt 1T (10g), water 100ml, raw bean flour 4T (80g), perilla oil 2T, minced garlic ½T, soy sauce 1T, korean style soy sauce 1T, a pinch of salt, sesame seeds 1T.

✨ Steamed eggplant. (Refer to the video for detailed recipe.)
1. Cut eggplant.
2. Mix eggplant, 1T (10g) salt, and 100ml water and leave it for 30 minutes.
+ Mix evenly after 15 minutes.
3. After 30 minutes, squeeze out the water.
4. When the water boils in the steamer, mix the eggplant with 4T (80g) of raw bean powder.
5. Place cotton cloth in a steamer, put eggplants in, and steam for 4 minutes over high heat.
6. Take out and cool.
7. Mix 2T eggplant and perilla oil.
8. Mix ½T minced garlic, 1T soy sauce, 1T korean style soy sauce, and a pinch of salt.
9. Mix sesame seeds 1T.
