From the point of view of official history, coins are indisputable evidence of a certain period of time - when one or another king-emperor supposedly ruled, since it is his portrait that is depicted on the coin.
By the nature of our work, we often have to communicate both with official archaeologists and with single seekers, and both of them, as if according to a training manual, say that they personally found coins of different periods, at a relatively shallow depth, about 20 cm, and supposedly only this fact refutes all versions of floods and cataclysms in the recent past. In fact, this is a very convenient position for officials.
According to official history, before the introduction of a new calendar by Peter the Great in 1700, the chronology was completely different and it was 7208 years. That is, dates like the 1600s, 1500s, and so on, could not be in principle. And if on various historical documents, such as chronicles or books, such a game with numbers can still somehow be explained by the transfer of dates from one system to another, when rewriting old documents, then on coins this explanation no longer works, because people who lived in 7162 summer, had no idea that they were living in 1654.
Before you is a coin allegedly minted by Alexei Mikhailovich Romanov in 1654, that is, 46 years before Peter the Great introduced the modern calendar!
If we remember the introduction of a new chronology from 1700, then we must understand that Russian coins, on which the year of minting stands, could not exist in principle before 1700, according to the official history itself. Nevertheless, such coins are found by seekers, and this allows us to draw certain conclusions. However, I by no means deny that there are real old coins, but for the most part, everything that seekers find in the fields and lies in museums is fakes of the 19th-20th centuries.
