Today we'll learn how to make restaurant style Malai Kofta. Whenever there is guest coming and you have little time for preparation you can try this recipe where Potatoes and paneer balls are deep fried, coated with malai and then added into onion-tomato gravy.

Serve (3-4 person)

INGREDIENT

For Malai Kofta  (मलाई कोफ्ता)

Cumin Seeds (जीरा) - 1 tsp
Garam Masala (गरम मसाला ) - 1 tsp
Turmeric (हल्दी) - 1tsp
Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 2 tsp
Kasuri Methi कसूरी मेथी  - 1/4 tsp
Corn flour (कार्नफ़्लोर) - 2 tbsp
Salt (नमक) - 1 tbsp or as per taste
Onion (प्याज) – 1 large (chopped)
Garlic (लहसुन) - 4-5
Cottage cheese (पनीर ) - 200 gm
Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) – 2 chopped
Potato (आलू ) - 1 medium boiled
Almond & Cashew (बादाम और काजू) - 4-5
Tomato (टमाटर) - 2 medium chopped
Fresh Cream - 2 tbsp
Oil (तेल ) - to fry
