How to make a FNAF Glamrock animatronic filter on AUDACITY (NO PLUGINS)

Many of you have always asked me to do this tutorial, I finally got enough motivation to do it! I know that the official filter is more complicated than just this, but this is a good alternative, easy, fast and sounds good!
