2008 Dodge Ram 2500HD No Speedometer, ABS and Brake Light On

This Ram 2500HD with the 6.7litre Cummins has no speedometer or exhaust brake operation. The Brake and ABS warning lights are on and there is no communication with the ABS module. Multiple U codes for loss of communication with the ABS controller. Fuse 30 15 amp blows as soon as its installed.
