Ingredients for Beyti Kebab;
4 phyllo dough

For the meatballs;
600 grams ground beef
1 head onion (grated)
2 cloves of garlic (grated)
1 teaspoon of tomato paste
Black pepper - paprika - red chili powder - cumin
1 teaspoon salt

For the tomato sauce;
1 tablespoon of butter
4 diced tomatoes
Black pepper – red chili powder
1 pinch of salt

For service;
Yogurt
chopped parsley

To lubricate the dough;
Half a cup of water (125ml)
Quarter a cup of water (60ml)

Let's cook it at 190 degrees until it is golden brown.

The cup size I use: 250 ml
