8 large mangrove crab /
8 large mangrove crab / snow crab or blue crab cleaned and washed.
1 scotch bonnet pepper
2 pimento peppers
1/2 small onion
2 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup chopped celery, chive and fine thyme.
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp green seasoning / bandania / cilantro can also be used.

To Chunkay-
Few grains of methi or fenugreek
3 tbsp oil
1/2 onion chopped
1 pimento chopped
1/2 scotch bonnet chopped
1 scallion chopped
4 tbsp mild curry
1 tbsp amchar massala
2 tsp geera powder ( roasted cumin)
2 cups water
------
6 cups fresh coconut milk or canned
3 cups water
-----
2 cups AP flour
1 tsp salt - optional
2 cups - Water to make a firm dough
