DIY Deli-Style lunch meat  . . .  and to make it without those nasty  
nitrate, or GMO's, or MSG's or any artifical flavorings & no colors in your deli-style lunch meats. What I love best about doing it myself, is that I am in control. I know exactly everything that went into my lunch mea!!! Thats really imporant to me.

It's also alot cheaper to make it yourself instead of going to the deli department in the grocery store & paying the high prices that they ask for the deli luncch meat.

Subs tastes so much better, heck brown bagging it back to work actually has great tasting . . . . no BETER tasting sammies! There is nothing better. I can make all different styles now with making my own.

What I like best making this pork lunch meat making a cubano anytime just got easier. No more having to cook up a Boston Butt Roast or Pork Shoulder Roast & shredding it all up. I can make as little or as much lunch meat as I want.

If I  want a BBQ pork sammie it so easy to make one on a Monday. Tuesday lets go with a roasted pork sammie. On a Wednesday we could go the sub sammie route. Thursdays we could go cubano sammie route. Fridays we could go with a pork club sammie!!!

Warning once your family gets the true taste of a true lunch meat sandwich there will be no going back to pre-packaged meats again. I know for the whole shut down in our country because of the corona virus I have been making my own.

Besides that I enjoyed the savings & I really enjoyed knowing if the store has none to be had I was still able to even if the meat shortages that are happening in the country.

~DIY DELI-STYLE LUNCH MEAT~
1 LB PORK- CHICKEN- TURKEY (CUBED INTO CHUNKS
2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp sugar or coconut sugar
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 c water (I like using broth in place of the water) you do what feels good to you!

Now get that food processor out dust off the dust & grind up your meat using our beloved food processor.Blend until the meat is all ground up & smooth in texture. Next lets add the salt, garlic, sugar & water or broth. Blend that up into the meat mixture inside the food processor. And comes the fun part . . .  get a mason jar out and grease the inside of mason jar up. Now lets place the meat mixture inside the mason jar. Being sure to work out all of the pockets of air. Basically press it all together as you would when making a meatloaf.

With your Instant Pot, place trivet on the bottom of Instant Pot insert add at least 1 c of water to the bottom of Instant Pot insert. Then place your Deli-Style Lunch Meat thats in your covered mason jar. Set the time for 20 minutes & do a natural release. Remove from Instant Pot & allow i=the Deli-Style Lunch Meat to cool down. Then place into frig for a few hours before slicing it all up. Slice it up . . . . make your favorite sammie & enjoy!!!
