In case that chart is really hard to understand, the A options interact with adjacent D options and vice versa. So a defender's reversal beats an attacker's block delayed tech, which beats a defender's parrying/blocking, which beats or goes neutral with an attacker's meaty normals, which beat a defender's block/parry delayed tech, which is neutral to an attacker's baiting, which beats a defender's reversal. There's also the additional low/overhead mixup the attacker has which beats high/low blocking or parrying but loses to low/high blocking or parrying.
