What is house rent allowance
How to calculate house rent allowance
Allowance means in cash receipt which is received for some specific purpose.
Exemption as per Section 10(A) is least of the following-:
1. H.R.A. received
2. Rent paid - 10% of salar
3. 40%/50% of salar (as the case may be)
Salary means basic + Dearness Allowance which is forming the part of retirement benifit + % based commission
50% of salary is oy on notified state
1. Delhi
2. Mumbai
3. Chennai
4. Kolkata
