What is WHEY PROTEIN & CREATINE? Why should you take them?

So the only supplements I currently take are whey protein and creatine, and honestly, they’re really the only ones you need. Here’s why. Creatine is naturally produced in your body, but it’s made in very small amounts, and taking a supplement to increase its availability will allow for more ATP production which just means more energy. This improves your performance and recovery which leads to greater muscle mass, strength, and since creatine also pulls water into your muscles, you’ll end up looking bigger and fuller.  Whey protein, is simply the watery portion of protein that separates during the process of making cheese, then it’s isolated, combined with some flavoring and made into a powder. So basically it’s just powdered food packed with protein making it easier to hit your daily requirement. Not to mention it’s actually the fastest digesting protein , and it contains all 9 essential amino acids which can only be obtained through your diet. You only need like 1-2 scoops per day and the rest of your protein should come from whole food sources. As for creatine, you should take 5 grams everyday to keep your body saturated. But that’s all I take currently and I hope that helps.
