A new Life Time is now open at 7320 N. State Highway 161 in Irving.
The two-story, nearly 109,000-square-foot facility features an expansive workout floor, indoor and outdoor pools with a water slide, Life Time’s Kids Academy for learning and playing, seven pickleball courts (indoor and outdoor), a fast-casual LifeCafe restaurant, full-service LifeSpa and luxurious locker rooms with rejuvenation suites and much more.
Life Time Las Colinas is the company’s 33rd location in Texas.
