Blanch the cabbage: add salt in water in 4 or 5 batches, and blanch the cabbage in batches until it is softened. 👉2. Pork seasoning: add green onion, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, MSG, and sugar to ground pork. Mix well, beat it, and put it in the refrigerator for at least half an hour to let the flavors mix with the pork well. 👉3. Vegetables: cut, knead, and dehydrate. Press the water out of the chopped cabbages at least three times. 👉4. Mix vegetables and meat: Mix and beat until the cabbage and meat are combined. 👉5.
