Boiled BITE-SIZE POTATOES are easy & simple to prepare. Serve as a delicious side-dish, or just as a scrumptious vegetable treat. DELICIOUSLY YUMMY!! Recipe below...

BOILED BITE-SIZE POTATOES
1 1/2 pounds, or a (24 OZ) bag of HONEY GOLD Bite-Size Potatoes, may substitute with Bite-Size red or golden baby potatoes
1 + Tablespoon butter, or olive oil
Salt & Pepper to season
1 tablespoon fresh Parsley, chopped, optional
1. In a 5-quart sauce pan, over medium-high heat, bring 5 cups of water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of salt, optional.
2. Add potatoes to boiling salt water. Cover and boil for 15 to 20 minutes, or until sharp paring knife inserted into middle of potato go in and comes out smoothly.
3. Remove potatoes out of water into a serving dish. Immediately, add butter, or olive oil, salt, and pepper to season.
4. Serve, or cover with foil for up to 15 minutes before serving.
TIPS: Store cooked potatoes in an air-tight container, up to 3 days, in the refrigerator. Heat in microwave, 10 seconds at a time, until warm.
