In May, I did a little trip with my friend to Edinburgh, Scotland, for a bank holiday weekend. It was quite rushed but still a fun trip!! I also had to film some of the vegan food I ate there :)
Food/Restaurants mentioned:
- The Baked Potato Shop - this place was super yummy, affordable and very veggie friendly, with vegan toppings clearly marked (and lots of them). I went back for another one before leaving!
- The Piemaker (http://www.thepiemaker.co.uk/) - Very cheap and yummy as well! Again, vegan options are clearly marked (hallelujah!)
- Hemma (http://www.bodabar.com/hemma/) - Really cute and cool Swedish cafe with vegan and vegetarian options marked on the menu.
