How to Restore Previous Versions File in Windows 8
Restoring files or data in vista and windows 7 using previous version was easy, now in windows 8 or 8.1 we have File History, its not the same as Previous Versions. But if you want to use Previous Versions in Windows 8, it is still possible, its just hidden, I will show you how to file all your data, just in case you need to recover that file you accidentally deleted or maybe you have been attack by malicious malware ransomware, like cryptolocker (cryptographer) and all your data is encrypted, you can also use third party software like shadowexplorer.
\\localhost\c$ you can change c$ to another drive letter (example d$ this will access your d:\ drive.
