OUAT 2023 – Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT) invites eligible candidates to undergraduate courses for academic session 2023-24.
It is for admission to B.Sc (H) Agriculture, B.Sc (H) Forestry, B.Sc (H) Horticulture, BVSc & AH, BTech (Agril Engg), BFSc, B.Sc (H) Community Science in Constituent Colleges of OUAT.
OUAT counselling process will be organised on the basis of merit of the candidates. Candidates must have to attend the counselling in person on prescribed schedule. Merit for UG courses is drawn on the basis of weighted score of the candidates in the entrance test (50%), HSC examination (25%) and 10+2 examination (25%).
A common merit list and category-wise merit list will be prepared for UG courses. Admission will be provided on counseling basis, followed by fulfilling the eligibility criteria. The counselling date & time for the shortlisted candidates has been published in the intimation-cum-rank card.

2. Downloaded application form -B
3. Class 10 Board Certificate
4. Class 12 Marksheet
5. Class XII Passing Certificate
6. CLC - Transfer Certificate issued by the recently attended school or college
7. Date of Birth (D.O.B.) Certificate
8. Cast Certificate (OBC, EWS, SC, ST)
9. Domicile Certificate/ Residency Certificate
10. Green Card for Odisha Residency Students
11. ID Proof AADHAR Card h
12. At least 8 recent passport size photos of candidates
13. Medical Fitness Certificate at the time of Admission
14. Pwd Certificate
15. NRI Students
i. Passport / Visa of the sponsorer
ii. Relation of NRI Candidate
iii. Affidavit of Course fee
