試作1号ですが、TC24B1Zのエキゾーストマニホールドに合わせ、マフラーを製作してみました。この時代の日産旧車はサイドシルより下方に搭載物が出っ張ているため、あまりローダウンする事ができません。後に施工するボトムフラット化に備え、エンジン、ミッション、デフの搭載位置を上方へ変更し、フロア及びサスペンションメンバーの逃げ加工を施しマフラーの搭載高さを目一杯上げて製作してみました。Although it is the first

Although it is the first prototype, I made a muffler to match the exhaust manifold of TC24B1Z.
Nissan's old cars of this era have protruding items below the side sills, so it is not possible to lower them very much. In preparation for the bottom flattening that will be done later, I changed the mounting position of the engine, transmission, and differential upward, and made the floor and suspension members escaped to raise the mounting height of the muffler as much as possible.
