元寇の時代の刀 九州の武士（サムライ）、かく戦えり
時は執権北条時宗の治世、広大なアジアの大半を版図に置いたモンゴル帝国皇帝フビライ（クビライ）は、二度にわたって日本に遠征を行った。歴史に語られる「元寇」である。一度目は文永十一年、蒙古高麗連合軍は、一路黄金の国ジパングを目指す。文永の役である。蒙古勢は、対馬、壱岐、肥前沿岸を蹂躙し、ついに博多を占拠するも、頑健な九州武士の抵抗に加え、後に神風と呼ばれる九州沿岸を襲った暴風雨を警戒して撤退。
二度目は七年後の弘安四年、元そして高麗を主力とした大連合艦隊が再び九州を襲う。第二回日本征伐を目指した弘安の役である。我が国の大陸への玄関口である九州に再び侵略の危機が迫る。
一所懸命。命を懸けて祖国日本を護らん！

During the reign of the regent Hojo Tokimune, Emperor Kublai (Kubilai) of the Mongol Empire, who controlled much of the vast Asia, conducted two expeditions to Japan. It is the ``Mongol invasion'' that is talked about in history. The first time was in the 11th year of Bun'ei, when the Mongolian and Goryeo allied forces headed straight for the golden country of Zipangu. This is Bunei-invation. The Mongolian forces overran the coasts of Tsushima, Iki-island, and Hizen, and finally occupied Hakata, but they withdrew due to resistance from the strong Kyushu samurai and fear of the storm that later became known as "KAMIKAZE", which hit the Kyushu coast.
The second time was seven years later, in the 4th year of Koan-invation, when the Grand Combined Fleet, with Yuan and Goryeo as its main forces, attacked Kyushu again. This is the role of Koan, who was aiming for the second conquest of Japan. Kyushu, our country's gateway to the mainland, is again threatened with invasion.
Work hard. I will protect my homeland, Japan, with my life!
