If you're looking to join a commercial real estate brokerage, there are a few things you can do to increase your chances of having a successful career.
In this video I'll give you some tips on what questions you should be asking when you're speaking with different brokerages. I truly believe having this information in advance will better prepare you as you navigate the hiring process.
What makes me qualified to make this video?
In addition to over 16 years as an agent myself, I am also a partner at my firm and have trained and developed agents who have gone on to be successful themselves. I've also instructed new agents on commercial real estate and have been involved in the development of university courses on the topic. I've also watched a number of very talented people drop out of this business, which I think might have been avoided had they asked more questions at the beginning.
I can't guarantee you'll have success in this business but my goal with this video (and my channel in general) is simply to help shine some more light on the industry.
