Ingredients:
2 cups of long grain basmati rice, washed and soaked in water for 20 minutes
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
1 tsp of cumin seeds
1 1/2 tbsp of ginger and garlic paste
2 1/2 cups of frozen mixed vegetables
3/4 tsp of ground turmeric
1 heaped tsp of ground coriander
3/4 tsp of crushed black pepper
3/4 tsp of ground red chilli
1/2 tsp of garam masala
Salt to taste
Some chopped coriander leaves
Few green chilies ( optional)
Note: Please adjust the spices according to your taste
