Established in 2009, Rizhao Anyfun Home Construction Co.,Ltd. is mainly engaged in four businesses: Light gauge steel prefabricated buildings, passive houses, prefabricated decoration, and buildings installation. We have gained First-class qualification of general contracting for construction projects; First-class qualification of professional contracting for architectural decoration; Second-class qualification of professional contracting for steel structure projects.
ANYFUN HOME was established in response to the national call to promote housing industrialization and light gauge steel prefabricated building in 2009.
Both Rizhao Classic Mansion and Shangjing New Town projects were launched in 2011.
Cooperated with DENA to develop Classic Mansion---the first passive house in 2013
ANYFUN HOME was rated as the Modern Manufacturing Base of Construction Industry in 2014.
A grand groundbreaking ceremony was held in April 20, 2016 in the city of Watsonville of San Francisco for the Sunshine Garden Project of Northern California of USA which was solely invested by DSUN Group.
ANYFUN HOME was identified as “Industrial Base of prefabricated Buildings” by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-rural development in 2017.
ANYFUN HOME was rated as “ National High-tech Enterprise” and successfully passed the ISO9001 review in 2018.
ANYFUN HOME made a great progress in overseas business in 2019, we have signed contract with customers from Australian and Hungary, the project had been finalized and under construction.
