Dive into the immersive world of Estate Simulator you will fined the overall gaming experience quite enjoyable. The intricacies of managing a virtual estate are engaging, and the attention to detail is commendable. Please remember this game is currently in early access and subject to massive changes and updates but all in all, I do feel for the price, its worth a punt if you have the spare cash.

ABOUT THIS GAME:
Estate Agent Simulator is a property buying, selling and renting game. Buy houses in the city, decorate them and increase their value. Earn income by advertising these houses for rent or for sale. Don't forget to use your bargaining skills!
Construction Vacant land is opportunity! Buy these plots and build your dream house! Construction workers will help you build the house you want.
Customers are coming! Negotiate and try to get the best offer. Try to deal with reputable clients. When the rent day comes, you have to go to the houses and collect the rent money from the tenants, but some customers may not pay the rent. However, if you have a bank account, the rent money will be deposited into your account. Don't forget to check regularly. If you have a problem with a tenant, you can contact a lawyer and sue or try to collect the rent money in other ways. You can even beat them up!

At the same time, we intend to take into account feedback from users during the Early Access period to shape the final product.”

“The current Early Access version of Estate Agent Simulator provides a game with basic systems in place. This includes basic functions such as buying, renting, building and selling houses. Players can also personalise their homes and offices. Players can bring staff to their houses. The game also includes a variety of mini-games.”
Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?
“There are no plans to change the pricing during or after Early Access.”
How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?
“We plan to use our Discord server to talk to players about their ideas and new features, as well as to receive bug reports and feedback. Our players have been very helpful in improving the game so far, and we look forward to continuing this approach throughout Early Access. We listen carefully to your suggestions and believe that your participation will help us improve the game.”
