Viral Strawberry Bark

🍓This easy Strawberry Bark recipe is creamy, sweet and made with only 4 ingredients.

►INGREDIENTS:
▢1 pound strawberries hulled and evenly sliced
▢2/3 cup Greek yogurt plain, 2% fat or higher
▢1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
▢1 teaspoon coconut oil

►DIRECTIONS:
1. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange strawberry slices in a rectangle, making sure they are touching each other.
2. Using mini spatula, spread Greek yogurt in a single layer on top.
3. In a small pot or bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil, and warm up on the stove or in a microwave until melted, stirring often. Using small spatula, drizzle on top of bark and then spread it gently to coat.
4. Freeze for 2-3 hours. Then cut or break into pieces and enjoy!
