If the biopsy Report comes positive in the first test, it's less likely to change in the second test.
It is possible that if there is a lump and you do a biopsy and it comes back negative, but if you do a second test there is a possibility that the lump has now turned into a Cancerous lump and the report will be positive.

If cancer is diagnosed in the first biopsy test, then there is no need to do the second test, but if cancer is not diagnosed the first time, then it may happen that the lump becomes cancerous and diagnosed in the second test.
