Chief Rick St. John is
Chief Rick St. John is a Glendale, Arizona resident, who grew through the ranks of the police department to become chief. He’s working on changing the culture of the department to better serve the community.
What’s uniquely different about his philosophy is he wants his officers to follow his lead and see themselves as part of the community they serve. He believes that before he was an officer he was a member of the community and still is, being an officer doesn’t change that. He wants his officers to have that same vision.
