Puree::
Spinach leaves- 2 bundle(Roughly chopped)
Oil- 1 tbspn
Cinnamon- 1
Black cardamom- 2
Bayleaf- 1
Green Cardamom- 2
Cloves- 2-3
Black pepper- 1 tsp
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Onion- 1 Med sliced
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Tomato- 1
Salt to taste
Cilantro
Gravy::
Oil- 1 tbspn
Butter- 1 tbspn
Red chilly powder- 1&1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Paneer- 250 gm(Shallow fry with few dry red chilly)
Cooking cream- 2 tbspn(More to make it creamy later)
Kasuri methi- 1 tsp
Garam masala- 1 tsp
