Two native New York 20-somethings, discouraged by the gentrifying city they call home, reluctantly make a decision that forever changes the trajectory of their lives.



In early 2022 I wrote a feature length script involving multiple characters, plot lines, sub plots, and basically too much stuff to ever get accomplished on such a small budget. So, I downsized tremendously and made this. I'm pretty proud of what we accomplished for $3,000 and no crew experience, but trust me for that very small amount of money there were a lot of problems along the way. Still, it felt pretty incredible to make this project and I learned a lot in doing it.

I hate to admit it, but the old Youtube proverb of "just pick up a camera and shoot something" is true - with a pinch of salt. Make sure you're making something you want to make, and understand where you're going to have to compromise.
