Ingredients :

√ For 150 - 200 gm Cottage cheese -

• Milk - 1 lt.
• Viniger - 1 tbsp.

• Mango - 1 pc.
• Semolina - 1/2 cup.
• Milk powder - 1 cup.
• Clarified Butter - 3 tbsp.

√ For Sugar syrup -

• Sugar -100 gm.
• Water -100 ml.
• Pinch of Saffrons.

√ For Garnish :
• Almond - 2 to 3 pcs.
• Pistachio - 2 to 3 pcs.
