It uses an e-SIM and not a physical card. So you need to go to your carrier store of your phone network provider and ask them to link you phone number to your watch (your phone network carrier should support e-SIM). So your number will be the same for the phone and the watch. Before you exit the store make a test. Turn off your phone and ask to the store attendant to dial to your phone. If the setup is correct, your watch will ring or vibrate and you are able to answer through your watch.
