For this build Jay got a good deal on a near new KTM 350SXF (he likes the new generation engine and chassis). He had a set of WP6500 conversion forks from a bike he sold so Race Tech fitted those up to get rid of the high maintenance air forks. Works Chassis Lab has the engine hangers to cut down on rigidity and improve feel of the bike.

For engine mods Jay kept it simple with an ECU from Twisted Development, FMF exhaust and Rekluse Torque Drive clutch set up.  He also removed the stock backfire screen on the air filter cage and installed the current 2-stroke cage.  

For additional clutch spring feel he upgraded the clutch master to a 10mm 450SXF set up (available directly from KTM for a 450).  He also went with the Anti-Orange look for this bike with all while plastic from MX Plastics.
