"Design In Seven" is our custom spec home project in collaboration with my brother, Eric Tan of Tan Construction. We have only seven months to complete each project after the permit has been approved. Sometimes, we even design two properties at a time. We're kicking off this season with Project Embro.
In this webisode, Ching returns to Project Embro to style and prepare the property for photography and video before it hits the market. It's been a whirlwind of a week, with four days already spent styling this new custom build. We’ve partnered with multiple furniture rental companies to ensure we have the perfect pieces for the design style. A special thank you to Tonya Cruz for bringing her original painting from the "Growth Collection."
