Ingredients
Beetroot & soya chunks tikki –
• Grated Beetroot  - 1 cup
• Grated carrot    - 1 cup
• Soaked & grounded Soya chunks – 1 cup
•  Boiled & mashed potato  - 2    
• Soaked poha    - ¼ cup
• Gram flour    - 2 tbsp
• Ginger & green chili paste  - 1/2 tbsp
• Fresh coriander leaves   -  1 tbsp
• Turmeric powder   - ¼ tsp
• Coriander powder   - ½ tsp
• Cumin powder    - ½ tsp
• Salt     - as per taste
• Cashew nuts    -  optional
• Oil    - ¼ cup
 
Hummus -
• Boiled Chickpeas   - 1 cup
• Roasted white sesame seeds - 2 tbsp
• Extra virgin olive oil  - 2 tbsp  
• Salt     - as per taste
• Ice cubes    - 1/3 cup
