What If Russia Could Industrialise in 19th Century

Russian Empire had great opportunities for industrialisation which could have made it a important power. One of the major hindrance was the system of serfdom and the slavophilic attitude of the nobility. given the right motivations, the empire could have reformed and industrialised under the reigns of Tsar Nicholas I and Tsar Alexander II. How could this be done? how would Russia and Europe be different? how would it effect the world?
