1. Spinach Bread(Ms. choi recipe)

Allulose: 0.5 tablespoon
Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon
Spinach: a handful
Cherry tomatoes
Onion: 1/2
Prosciutto: 1 slice
Tortilla (flatbread): 1 piece
2. Spicy Braised Chicken (There are additional ingredients not shown in the video. It's good to include all the ingredients below.)
Chicken: 1 kg, soaked in water for 1 hour to remove blood, add cooking wine or bay leaves to remove the smell
Red pepper powder: 2 tablespoons
Minced garlic: 4 tablespoons
Beef dashida (soup stock): 1/3 tablespoon
Gochujang (Korean red chili paste): 3 tablespoons
Dark soy sauce: 4 tablespoons
Fish sauce: 2 tablespoons
Cooking wine: 4 tablespoons
Ginger: a few slices
Corn syrup: 3 tablespoons
Black pepper: a few shakes
MSG: a pinch
Water: 550 ml

3. Chocolate Salt Bread
Bread flour: 300 g
Sugar: 11 g
Salt: 5 g
Milk powder: 11 g
Water: 215 g (use cold water in summer)
Cocoa powder (Valrhona used): 15 g
Butter: 15 g
During kneading:

Dry yeast: 5 g, mixed with 20 g water
