Learn in detail how to solve the pairing issue on your Portronics Harmonics twins earbuds, see how to Factory Reset your earbuds to sort any performance error.
Complete process how to reset yout Portronics bluetooth earbuds.
1. First you need to delete all the names of the device from your phone Bluetooth list which you have connected in the past.
2. Then you need to switch off the Bluetooth connection of your Phone.
3. Then you need to switch off Harmonics twin as well by long pressing the power button until and unless you will see RED LED shutting down.
4. After that, you need to again long press the power button to reset the twins for the connection first LED you will see WHITE which means that the power is onn then you will see RED & WHITE LED Blinking and at last you will see again RED & WHITE LED Blinking and will get shut down (This is a process of resetting Harmonics Twins).
NOTE: And you need to follow the above process in one go and long pressing the power button.
5. Now you need to put Harmonics twins back in the power hub and after 10 seconds you need to take out Twin R and Then L.
6. At Last switch on the Bluetooth connection of your phone and connect Harmonics Twin R and select to pair it, once done you will able to pair both and will able to listen to the songs in both Earbuds.
