How to create a MySQL DB in OCI and safely connect using OCI Bastion Service Port Forwarding

Always we recommend to create any database in a private subnet. If you are not able to connect directly to your DB if you are not in the office, if the VPN is not available, or you have any other reasons that are not allowing you to connect safely to it, this tutorial is here to show you how simple it is. I have created a MySQL DB ( I have use a DB that was already there to speed up the process), Create Bastion Server Port Forwarding and connected to the DB using a SQL client.(DBeawer).
