Hello :) Thanks for dropping by my channel and would like to share some key points to make perfect Macaron today .

I absolutely understand that making perfect Macaron is very very hard for everyone especially for beginner baker.
Hope you do not have to get stressed about ugly Macaron you would bake. It takes time to make the one perfectly so that I would want you to enjoy your whole baking time:)
Here are some tips for no-fail choco Macaron and make sure you follow each steps well
I hope you would spend great time baking Macarons :)

[ingredients] about 30 shells
84g almond powder
6g cocoa powder
90g sugar powder
72g egg white
72g sugar

First, make sure exact amount of each ingredients
I will upload step by step Eng Subtitle  on video and please check them out.:)

* Cocoa powder has a feature that subsides bubbles, so make the macaronage lighter than usual.

*If it is an all-in-one type for temperature, bake it at 302℉ for 12 to 15 minutes.
Macaron is very sensitive to temperature, so. It depends on the oven at each home, so you have to find the right temperature and time for your oven.
After I tried all of 284℉ and 302℉, I find the right temperature for my oven.
