This is the ending the gamer gets when he chooses the "wildcard option" to become the ruler of New Vegas.
After dealing with Legate Lanius at Legate's Camp General Lee Oliver arrives.
With 100 speech (i.e. through magazine) the player can dodge a fight and still have a satisfying solution (5:00 in the video).
Looks like it is very useful to have the boomer on our side and make sure they are going to fight for the player.
Beyond this:
-I had Veronica as a follower but haven't finished the Brotherhood of Steel quest, finaly left the BoS on their own and so will Veronica return to them.
-I had the followers of the apocalypse almost ignored, so nothing new for them except that there are more victims due to increasing violence at New Vegas, taking the followers ressources over their limits.
Music is OST from the movie "The Dark Knight"
