🔔 Burdock Buckwheat Jeon. (1T = rice spoon / 1 cup = 500ml)
250g burdock root, 1T coarse salt, 1T vinegar, 1 cup (500ml) buckwheat korean pancake mix, 1/2T (5g) fine salt, 1 + 1/5 cup (600ml) water, cooking oil.

✨ Burdock Buckwheat Jeon.
1. Trim the burdock.
2. Blanch for 5 minutes with 1T coarse salt, 1T vinegar, and burdock in boiling water and cut.
3. Make the dough. [buckwheat korean pancake mix 1 cup (500ml), fine salt 1/2T (5g), water 1 + 1/5 cup (600ml)]
4. Heat cooking oil in a pan.
5. Turn off the heat and put burdock on top, and then fill in the space between the burdocks with dough.
6. Cook over medium-low heat.
