Australia fixed its Partner Visa program

As of 24 November 2023, there will be no more distinction between the “onshore” and “offshore” applications for the Partner Visa. With the recent changes, offshore applicants are no longer required to stay outside Australia or physically depart the country to fulfill the visa criteria. Likewise, applicants do not need to coordinate their travel plans to be present in Australia at the time of the application or decision.
