For rice

Basmati rice/jeerakasala rice-2 cups
Ghee-1 tablespoon
Cinnamon-1 small piece
Cardamom-3
cloves-5
star anise-1
mace-1
Boiling water-4 cups

For masala

Beef-500 gms
Cinnamon-1 small piece
Bay leaf-1
Star anise-1
cumin seeds-1/4 tspn
Ghee
Oil
Onion-2
Ginger & Garlic-1 tablespoon each
Green chilli-2
Tomato-2
Turmeric powder-1/2 tspn
Red chilli powdre-1 1/2 tspn
Coriander powder-1 1/2 tspn
Biryani masala powder-2 1/2 tspn(link below)
Pepper powder-1/2 tspn
Curd-2 tablespoon
Coriander leaves
MInt leaves

To garnish

Fried onion
Mix together 2 tblespoon warm milk,pinch of saffron and a drop of rose water essence.
